Navy housing at Sandpoint has already been converted to low income specail needs housing. I doubt any of the land would ever be sold for private ownership. The park is just too valuable of a public area for that. Many of the other buildings have been renovated and leased to private companies like Area Sports; others are rented a below market rate to non profit organizations like Cascade Bicycle Club.
