It’s still an early beta, it seems, but Walkscore’s transit map for Seattle is pretty awesome. Click on an address and it tells you how far you can travel from that address, via transit, in 45 minutes at any time of day.
Very cool.

I’d also add that OneBusAway has a new Explore feature that not only let’s you find transit travel times from a particular address, but also let’s you search for local restaurants, parks, or whatever you are interested in within your specified transit range.
